Baking Lessons

I want to take baking lessons. I’m not sure if that’s how you call it but you know, some place where I can learn how to frost cakes, do the thick laminated icing, bake pastries and other stuff like that. Out of the blue I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. Sad part is I don’t have any days off until next winter break. I mean, I have days off but it’s half a week for spring break, half a week for June and maybe a whole week in July. I guess I’ll just watch some tutorial on youtube and try my best not to mess it up.

I can only bake normal stuff, but I did take a cake decorating class once.

It was really fun. I was shocked at what an art it really is, and you can invest a lot of money into the tools and stuff for it.

Try “Cooking Mama” on the Wii first. If you do well, then you can graduate to ACTUAL food.

It must be something in the air. I have been thinking of taking a French cooking class.
I think you should do it, if you are thinking anything like me, I think it would be good therapy to do something fun and out of the ordinary.
